For the safety and comfort of all of our clients, children are not allowed on the cutting floor unless they are having a service. Otherwise, they must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services so that we may have a reasonable amount of time to fill the appointment. If more than one service is booked and the client chooses to use only one of those services upon arrival they will be charged full price for the cancelled service.
A cancellation/waiting list is provided for those clients who are unable to book an appointment at their requested time. It is updated on a daily basis.
